Some wedding days feel so magical that you wish you could relive them over and over again. That was exactly the case for Brooklyn and Nick’s big day! Their wedding was nothing short of a dream come true, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. From the perfect weather to heartfelt vows, this day was a true celebration of their love story.

An Unpredictable Forecast that Led to the Perfect Summer Day

Leading up to the wedding, the forecast was unpredictable, with scorching 95+ degree days and humidity, followed by storms. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect on their big day, a gorgeous 72-degree sunny day—ideal for their outdoor ceremony. This beautiful day set the stage for a breathtaking wedding filled with so much warmth and joy.

A Meaningful Wedding Morning

Nick and his groomsmen started the day with an iconic game-day-style walk-up, sporting cowboy hats and jorts which was the perfect way to kick off the day! Meanwhile, Brooklyn and her bridesmaids enjoyed a slow and sweet getting-ready morning, soaking in every precious moment before it was time to walk down the aisle. The air was filled with anticipation, excitement, and love for this sweet couple!

One of the most touching moments of the morning was Brooklyn’s first look with her dad. It was so evident that these two have a special bond and I loved capturing this core memory for them. Shortly after, Brooklyn and Nick had their own private first look, exchanging personal vows in an intimate and emotional moment that left them both in happy tears.

A Christ-Centered Ceremony to Remember

As guests arrived to the ceremony, they were greeted with a unique and thoughtful touch—Brooklyn and Nick’s custom wedding day newspaper. This creative addition entertained guests while they waited for the ceremony to begin, making the experience even more special!

During the ceremony, the couple incorporated a beautiful moment of worship and prayer, emphasizing the presence of God in their marriage and how important it is to them to have Him as their foundation. It was so powerful and gave me chills watching them worship Jesus so wholeheartedly on their wedding day!

The Dreamiest Golden Hour

Golden hours at the Sixpence are always beautiful but this one in particular couldn’t have been more perfect! It brought a dreamy ambiance as Brooklyn and Nick explored the picturesque grounds of Sixpence for their bride and groom photos. We even had some fun with their vintage getaway car, capturing timeless moments that perfectly reflected the elegance and romance of their day! These were some of my favorite photos from their day and some of the sweetest moments watching them soak in being newlyweds together!

Dancing the Night Away

The reception was nothing short of a party! The dance floor was alive with energy with crowd surfing, a private last dance, and an epic cold sparks exit. It was so evident how excited each and every person was to celebrate with these two and I loved getting to document every second of it. Every moment was filled with pure joy, love, and celebration as family and friends came together to celebrate this special couple.

As the night came to a close, it was so clear that Brooklyn and Nick’s wedding left an impression on everyone who attended. It was a day filled with love, faith, and unforgettable memories—a true dream wedding in every way.
