Being stuck at home during quarantine has inspired yet another one of these blog posts! I’ve been doing a littleeee too much amazon shopping while bored at home but all of these things have become staples in my day-to-day life right now. Check it out!
1. Keurig Latte + Cappuccino Maker
This has been a game changer for my morning coffee! It has all the functions of a normal Keurig but also has the capability to make hot and iced lattes and cappuccinos. My go-to in the morning has become an iced vanilla honey latte and ohhhh boy is it yummy! Especially during a time when Starbucks is closed, this has been crucial. I couldn’t recommend it more! 2. Chic + Tonic Silicone Straws
My mom received these straws in her fab fit fun box this month and after coming home from college, I’ve become obsessed with them! I love drinking out of straws, especially with my iced lattes in the morning, and I love that these aren’t wasteful! Dishwasher safe + bendable, these make an already great latte even better somehow. 3. Peace by Bethel Music
Dare I say, the BEST worship album yet!!! Jordan sent me this to listen to the day after it was released and I’ve had it on repeat ever since. Every single song is so calming and it has become the staple to listen to during my quiet time in the morning. The song Dancing on the Waves is my favorite!
4. Squishmallows
Perhaps my favorite thing to obsess over, these are THE comfiest pillows and the cutest things! There’s really no way to accurately explain how soft and cuddly they are until you’ve felt one for yourself, but I cannot recommend them more. There are so many different sizes and different styles to chose from but the 16” size is my favorite. I feel like such a little kid with this but I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. 5. Outer Banks on Netflix
Truly one of my FAVORITE shows I have ever watched, I wish I could watch it all over again from the beginning! The characters are great and the storyline is fast-paced and so interesting! Each episode leaves you wanting more so this is definitely a good series to binge watch. Rumor has it they’re renewing it for four to five more seasons, and I am so excited! If you’re looking for a new TV series, look no further.
6. Walito Resistance Bands
After watching Kristin John’s video about her current favorites and the things getting her through quarantine, I decided to order these resistance bands! The resistance bands I had been using previously were rubber and always moved around a lot when I was working out, getting twisted and not being nearly as effective. These have been so awesome and I love that they don’t slip or move around a ton. I totally recommend these, you can get them here on amazon!
7. Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning
I have been putting this on everything recently!!! Every morning I make avocado toast with goat cheese and an over easy egg, topped with ebtb seasoning and it couldn’t taste better. This adds just the right twist to it, and it tastes good on other things too such as sweet potatoes and even popcorn! Stop in and get it at your local Trader Joe’s or order it here!
8. Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Chamomile, and Lavender
I have always loved Mario Badescu products but this spray might just be my favorite! The lavender makes it super relaxing and refreshing and I love spraying it on my face during these no-makeup days. I like how it works as a setting spray over makeup as well! You can get it here!
9. Vodka Squeeze
One of our neighbors started this company and these little drinks are so good! I tried the blue raspberry mixed with club soda and a lime and it reminded me of a slushie! These are so good and so affordable, I’ve been loving them! The perfect refreshment for a Friday night in quarantine. Check out their website here!
10. Top Purple Ring Cleaner
After getting engaged, I have been obsessed with keeping my ring clean and as sparkly as the day I got it! My mom gave me this ring cleaner and it is seriously AMAZING!!! My mom has a professional ring cleaning machine and I think that top purple works even better than the machine.
